Now experts warn that teenage girls lack of iron is increased because they drink a lot of coffee and energy drinks too.

          Iron deficiency is the most popular nutritional disease of England and today's research shows that 40 percent of girls and young women age ranging from 11 years to 24 years of iron is lower than expected.
